Interns can only enroll in the clinic internship/clerkship program at either Anaheim Clinic or LA Extension Site Clinic. Concurrent enrollment in two (2) separate clinics during a clinic internship/clerkship phase is allowed only when the intern participates and attends all events (Orientation, Clinic Seminars, CAPE, Intern Evaluation, Clinic Supervisor Evaluation, and Case Presentation Forum), and allocates at least 70% of internship / clerkship hours at one clinic or site for continuous evaluation and assessment of the intern's performance. After completion of the Observation phase (OB1 and OB2), an intern can request for transfer to the other clinic by filling out appropriate documents so that the Clinic Intern File (CIF) can be transferred to the other clinic.
