Registration
Procedures
For Continuing Students:
Class
registration for the next quarter begins in the 7th week of the academic quarter
(after midterm's week) for a period of four (4) weeks. Class registration must
be completed before the final exam's week.
For New Students:
Class registration may be at any time, but
must be completed by the first week of the enrolled academic
quarter.
Registration Procedures:
- Course Schedules are available during the midterm's week for review.
- Students may register through computers in the Front Office or in the
Computer Lab.
- After printing out the computerized registration, students must see their
Program Student Advisors to secure approval signatures.
- Student Program Advisors check course prerequisites, total number of units
registered for Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), and student's academic
progress.
- Students bring the signed computerized registration to the Fiscal Officer
for payment of tuition and fees.
- Payment of the quarterly registration fee within the registration period is
required to prevent an automatic late charge of $150.00 to your account.

Special Registration:
Less Than 12
Units Per Quarter:
- Course registration by completing an Add & Drop
Form.
- Secure an approval signature from the Program Student Advisor. Payment of
fees to the Fiscal Officer.
- Foreign Students must complete a Request For Less
Than Full-Time Enrollment Form, and submit it to the International Student
Advisor.
*Outstanding Balance In Your Account: Students must see the Fiscal
Officer.
Note:
*The computer system will not accept your
course registration if
- You do not meet SAP (a minimum of 12 units per quarter required).
- You exceed maximum course load (combined didactic and clinic course load
should be less than 35 hours per week).
- You need to re-apply for Financial Aid.
- You have an outstanding account balance.
*If you plan to take a
leave from your studies, a Leave of Absence Form and
submitted to the Registrar.
*A Leave of Absence beyond 180 days shall
become an automatic Withdrawal from the University.

Registration Regulation
Registration for new and continuing
students is a function or Registrar's Office of South Baylo University.
Registration shall occur for continuing students in the 7th week of each quarter
and shall last for a period of four (4) weeks or 21 working days. At time of
registration, all students must pay a registration fee as established by the
South Baylo University and published in the University Catalog. Registration of
new students can be made at any time but not later than the end of the first
week of the quarter in which the students are enrolled

Registration for Clinic Internship
Interns can only enroll in the clinic internship/clerkship program at either
the Anaheim Clinic or the LA Extension Site Clinic. Concurrent enrollment in two
(2) separate clinics during a clinic internship/clerkship phase is allowed only
when the intern participates and attends all events (Orientation, Clinic
Seminars, CAPE, Intern Evaluation, Clinic Supervisor Evaluation, and Case
Presentation Forum), and allocates at least 70% of the registered
internship/clerkship hours at one Clinic or site of internship/clerkship
registration to allow for continuous evaluation and assessment of the intern?
performance. After completion of the Observation phase of internship/clerkship
(OB1 and OB2), an intern can request for transfer to the other clinic by filling
out appropriate documents so that the Clinic Intern File (CIF) can be
transferred to the other clinic.
Clinic hours performed during quarter
break period(s) can be used to makeup missing clinic hours or to make up clinic
requirements deficiencies.

Late Registration
For continuing students on a regular schedule, late registration for the
following quarter will commence on the first day of class of the 9th week of
each quarter for current continuing students. A fee will be assessed for late
registration.
Students on leave of absence will not be charged for late registration upon
returning for reenrollment.
Late registration fee has been established to be $150.00.
