International Student

All Applicants must meet all general admissions requirements. In addition to the general admissions requirement, the International Applicants for admission to South Baylo University must provide the Admissions Office with the following:

1. A properly completed Application Form
   *Download application form for master's program
   *Download application form for doctoral program
   
   
   
2. A non-refundable $100 Application Fee
   
   
3. A non-refundable $20 Mailing Fee (for I-20 to be mailed out) **This fee can be changed according to the destination of delivery.
   
   
4. Evidence of all previous academic work: must submit complete, official academic transcripts or records of previous education at higher education institution(s) attended. Failure to comply may result in delay in enrollment at the University or loss of academic credit.
   
   
5. A non-refundable $200 Foreign Transcript Evaluation Fee (if applicable)
   
   
6. Affidavit of Financial Support, evidence of possessing financial resources to complete the academic program including mandatory bank balance statements.
   
   
7. For students enrolling in the English language program: Submit proof of English language proficiency. Please see English Language Requirements.
   
   
8. For students enrolling in the Chinese or Korean language program: Submit proof of English language proficiency. Please see English Language Requirements.
   
   
9. I-20 Request Form (Download i-20 request form)
   
   
10. Copy of Passport ( and copy of spouse/child passport when applying for dependent/s)
    
    
11. Two letters of recommendation
    
    

All accepted applicants must comply with laws, rules and regulations of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS). If an applicant of foreign nationality is accepted to any degree program offered by the University, an I-20 will be issued to assist the student to obtain an F-1 student visa. It is the student's obligation to inform the University of his/her address changes immediately since the University must be able to contact the student at any time; otherwise, the enrollment of the student will be suspended (as required by Federal law).
