New class schedules for the following quarters shall be generated by the Academic Dean's office during the 5th week of the current quarter. They shall be reviewed and approved by the Executive Council. Approved new class schedules shall be released to the students by the 6th week of the quarter and can only be changed by the Academic Dean with the approval by the President.
