ACAOM Supplemental Site Visit (December 13 and 14, 2007)

ACAOM has scheduled a fact-finding visit to South Baylo University (SBU) from Dec. 13 ? 14, 2007 to assess the impact of SBU¡¯s doctoral program offerings on its compliance with ACAOM standards.
The Following are team members for this visit:

Documents to prepare:
- SBU Organizational Chart

- Agendas and minuties of meetings of Board of Trustees
- Agendas and minuties of meetings of Executive Council
- Agendas and minuties of meetings of Management Council
- Agendas and minuties of meetings of Faculty Meetings
- Agendas and minuties of meetings of Master's Program Academic Council
- Agendas and minuties of meetings of Doctoral Program Academic Council
- Agendas and minuties of meetings of PPC
- Agendas and minuties of meetings of Budget and Finance Committee
Things to arrange:
- Each principal staff person of Master's and Doctoral Program should be available to meet with site visitors.
- All doctoral program faculty should be on-site during the visit. Prepare the list of faculty to be interviewed
- Meeting with Board of Trustees should be arranged to meet with site visitors
- One group meeeting with students should be arranged to meet with site visitors.
The team visit will conclude with the exit interview on December 14, 2007.
