ACAOM Supplemental Site Visit (December 13 and 14, 2007)

ACAOM has scheduled a fact-finding visit to South Baylo University (SBU) from Dec. 13 ? 14, 2007 to assess the impact of SBU¡¯s doctoral program offerings on its compliance with ACAOM standards. 

The Following are team members for this visit:
The following two documents were submitted to site visitors on November 16, 2007.
  • ACAOM Site Visit Agenda (Dec. 12 and 13, 2007)
    • Documents to prepare:
    • SBU Organizational Chart
    • Agendas and minuties of meetings of Board of Trustees
    • Agendas and minuties of meetings of Executive Council
    • Agendas and minuties of meetings of Management Council
    • Agendas and minuties of meetings of Faculty Meetings
    • Agendas and minuties of meetings of Master's Program Academic Council
    • Agendas and minuties of meetings of Doctoral Program Academic Council
    • Agendas and minuties of meetings of PPC
    • Agendas and minuties of meetings of Budget and Finance Committee
    Things to arrange:
    • Each principal staff person of Master's and Doctoral Program should be available to meet with site visitors.
    • All doctoral program faculty should be on-site during the visit. Prepare the list of faculty to be interviewed
    • Meeting with Board of Trustees should be arranged to meet with site visitors
    • One group meeeting with students should be arranged to meet with site visitors.
    The team visit will conclude with the exit interview on December 14, 2007.
